Delivery Options

Standard Delivery – $5
Delivery within approximately 48 hours across Lebanon.

Yalla Express – $10
Delivery within approximately 2 hours  for eligible locations within 5 km of our Beirut fulfillment area. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

FREE Delivery – Orders $75+  
Enjoy FREE delivery across Lebanon on orders of $75 or more. Estimated delivery time is 24–48 hours.

Delivery Coverage

Yalla Mart currently delivers within Lebanon only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Fees

The applicable shipping fee is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location, order value, and selected delivery method.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you may receive delivery or tracking updates by **email, WhatsApp, or through your Yalla Mart account**.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, high order volumes, seller processing times, or circumstances beyond our control.

Failed Delivery

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct. If the courier is unable to reach you, another delivery attempt may be arranged. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled **before they are shipped**, subject to availability. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
