TERMS OF SALE

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products on www.yallamart.co and our mobile application ("Site"). The Site is owned and operated by YallaMart Lebanon ("we," "our," "us").
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before completing your order.
2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
2.1 Supplier
Each product on YallaMart is sold either by:
• YallaMart directly, or
• A third-party seller (local Lebanese businesses or individuals), as indicated on the product page
2.2 Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted when you receive a confirmation via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notification. If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and you will not be charged.
2.3 Payment
By placing an order, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your payment method.
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard)
• Payment Links
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD limits may apply depending on delivery partner policies. We may add or remove payment methods at any time.
2.4 Cancelling Your Order (Buyer)
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. After shipping, cancellations follow our Return and Refund Policy.
2.5 Order Cancellation (By Us)
We may cancel your order if:
• Payment is not completed
• Required information is not provided
• Delivery failed after multiple attempts
• Bulk ordering or suspicious activity is detected
• Product becomes unavailable
2.6 Bulk/Multiple Purchasing
We reserve the right to reject orders that appear to be bulk purchases or multiple units of the same item meant for resale.
3. DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
3.1 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are displayed during checkout and vary based on your location and order value.
3.2 Delivery Date
Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and at checkout.
3.3 Delivery Delays
We will inform you if delays occur due to weather, courier delays, seller delays, or any event beyond our control. We will take reasonable steps to minimize delays.
3.4 Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are not available to receive the order, the courier will contact you to reschedule. If delivery fails repeatedly, the order may be cancelled.
3.5 ID Verification
We may request ID or payment verification to confirm buyer identity and ownership of payment card. If verification fails, delivery may be refused and the order cancelled.
3.6 Delivery Area
YallaMart currently delivers only within Lebanon.
3.7 Ownership of Goods
Ownership and responsibility pass to you once the item is delivered to your address and payment is completed.
3.8 Invoice
An electronic invoice will be sent to your registered email or be accessible through your account.
4. RETURNS
4.1 Return Eligibility

4.2 Non-Returnable Products
You cannot return: • Used or damaged items • Hazardous items • Items with missing serial numbers • Consumables that were opened or installed • Personal hygiene items • Food and beverages • Underwear, socks, swimwear • Baby feeding items, diapers • Beauty or personal care items • Items explicitly marked "Non-returnable"

4.4 Refund Amount
If we are at fault (wrong, damaged, defective, or misdescribed):
• Full product refund
• Return shipping cost refunded
If the return is due to customer preference:
• Product price only (excluding shipping)
• Return shipping fees may be charged
If the product was not delivered:
• Full refund will be issued
4.5 Refund Method
• COD orders: Refunded to wallet or bank transfer
• Card payments: Refunded to the original card
4.6 Refund Timeline
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
• Refund to card: Within 7-14 business days
• Refund to wallet: Immediate after approval
• Cancelled before shipping: Automated refund
5. WARRANTY, DEFECTS & DAMAGE
5.1 Warranty Source
• Items sold by third-party sellers: Seller warranty applies
• Branded items: Manufacturer warranty applies
• Products sold directly by YallaMart: YallaMart warranty applies
5.2 Authorized Repairs
Warranty repairs are done only through authorized service centers or authorized sellers.
5.3 Warranty Exclusions
Not covered under warranty:
• Unauthorized repairs
• Physical or liquid damage
• Rooting/jailbreaking
• Use of non-original accessories
• Tampered serial numbers
• Consumable parts (batteries, bulbs, ink, etc.)
• Misuse or improper maintenance
• Overcharging or improper power usage
• Broken seals or tampered enclosures

6. WARRANTIES & REPRESENTATIONS
You confirm that:
• You will comply with Lebanese laws
• You have the right and authority to make the purchase
• If purchasing for a business, you are authorized to do so
Our Services are provided "as is," without guarantees of uninterrupted service, fitness for specific use, or error-free operation. The warranty offered by manufacturers or sellers is your sole remedy.
7. LIABILITY
7.1 No Limit on Liability For:
• Fraud
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under Lebanese law
7.2 Limits of Liability
We are not liable for:
• Late delivery caused by missing information
• Unauthorized repairs
• Loss of data during repairs
• Incorrect product descriptions by sellers
• Disruptions or downtime
• Loss resulting from viruses or malware
• Damage caused by use of the product
• Inability to conduct business due to delivery delays
7.3 Maximum Liability
If liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid for the item, whichever is lower.
7.4 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify YallaMart from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms of Sale, or violation of Lebanese laws.
8. GENERAL PROVISIONS
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns, contact us through "Need Help?" in your account or customer support at care@yallamart.co. If the issue cannot be resolved, disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
8.3 Assignment
You may not assign your rights without prior written approval.
8.4 Amendments
We may modify these terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately when posted on the Site.
8.5 Severability
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
8.6 Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet outages).
8.7 Survival
Provisions relating to warranty, liability, indemnity, and intellectual property survive termination.
