How do I track my order? As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp. You can also log into your Yalla Mart account to check real-time order updates.
How long does delivery take? Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method:
- Yalla Express (2 hours): Available for customers within 5km of our Beirut warehouse - $10
- Standard Delivery (48 hours): Available across Lebanon - $4
- Express Delivery (24-48 hours): FREE for orders $75 and above
What are your shipping options?

- Get your order in just 2 hours! Available within 5km of Beirut (Chiyah, Bourj Hammoud, Jdeideh, Dekwaneh, Hazmieh, Ghobeiry areas) - $10

Standard Delivery
- Delivery within 48 hours across Lebanon - $4

Free Express Delivery
- Orders $75 and above get FREE express delivery (24-48 hours) anywhere in Lebanon
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, Yalla Mart proudly serves customers across Lebanon only.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it.

What is your return policy?
You can return most products within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused and in original packaging
• All accessories and tags are included
• The product is not part of the non-returnable items list (e.g., personal care, cosmetics, opened consumables)
How do I request a return?

• Your order number
• The item you want to return
• A brief explanation (optional but helpful)

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued once the item is inspected and approved, typically within 7-14 business days. Timing depends on your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged or defective—what should I do?
Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your item with photos or videos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
I received the wrong item.
If the wrong item was delivered, contact us right away and we'll arrange a free replacement.
